I think you are right on that you must heal your gut. The amount of pain in my lower abdomen is subsiding after years of chronic stress and childhood trauma. Replacing bad foods with healing foods has been key. Thank you for getting me onto Avipattikar, Ghee, Panchakarma, HBOT etc I feel I am on the right path to healing now.
